if u was a fighter who came forward, had good strength n speed but was most of the time flat footed

what things should be done not to be infront of a opponent with attributes like that

Well work on not being flat footed, it's a bad attribute to have. Everything works off your feet being in the proper position, on the balls of your feet, in a balanced stance shoulder width apart leading with either your left or right. Go back to basics and work on foot positioning, moving in all directions.

For a fighter who is aggressive, with natural strength and speed, you want to be moving forward in a controlled manner, throwing punches, adding some headmovement in, stepping off the centre line and attacking, cutting off the ring etc

It's hard to do that with bad feet positioning. Fix your flat feet!

I stood flat at times too a while back. It just ruins your ability to get off with snappy shots, and makes you a sitting duck who can't turn off or move off when you need to

You don't have to bounce, if moving a lot isn't your thing you can always try to change altitude a bit. You can be less stationary just by sometimes lifting both heels off the ground, not really on the tip of your toes but close (best to do that on the outside though). Another good thing is flexing your knees. When able to control that right you can use it to your advantage, duck straight rights and jabs and counter to the body.

You can also try circling your opponent, if southpaw to the right, if orthodox to the left. No need to bounce, just lift the leading foot and slide the other one. All of this is most effective ofcourse when doubled with good body and head movement.

You dont need to bounce and you dont need to move a lot as a lot of people think. You need to learn how to use angles (ex: Hopkins vs Trinidad, Hopkins vs Pavlik).

It takes a lot of experience to learn but once you do, your basically a ghost in the ring and you use relatively little energy keeping yourself in the better position.

Also, against someone flat footed, jab is your best friend. Jab, double Jab, tripple Jab, jab while moving to the right, to the left, to the body (especially important). And after a round or two of that, youll see the frustration in your opponents eyes, I move really well, and a flat footed fighter is like target practice for me now. (Malignaggi vs Diaz is the perfect example of this)

Also when your shadowboxing, do a few rounds everyday where all you do is move around the ring, but keep it high intensity, don't throw any punches, all your working on is your footwork, practicing how to spin out, turn your opponents etc. Doing this advanced my footwork so much.
