What he said, but with better grammer.

You get your head knocked around, it hurts for a while, but your head gets used to it and the headaches start getting less and less. A headache for more that a few days though, or a change in vision, see your local health professional.

Originally my day was, indeed, ruined by your grammical atrocities. But this apology is well timed, and I accept. You have been forgiven.

Im just being a ********. Too many headaches after sparring, you know how it is.

If you get hit a bit, yes it's fairly normal.

I haven't had one for a while though, don't get hit that much.

Alot of people assume its from the punches but it can be that you are just more dehydrated then from regular training, dehydration is the main cause of headaches. H20 is good

He also has a gr8 point. Oops sorry double jab I mean great point lol. He is right as well. Small example may be if you've drank lots of alcohol and no water, next day you have a hangover wich of course includes a headache due to dehydration.
