thought i would share gary russell jr's 7th pro fight

if you dont know gary russell jr was a featherweight contender in the 2008 olympics but was dqed for passing out while trying to make weight. he has since turned pro and has had 8 pro fights with 5 kos and 3decision wins. he fast strong and is getting better and better with every fight. enjoy

his first fight was was a pretty good test for him if you can find it online. i was lucky to have run accross that fight because i try to follow everyone one of his fights but they rarely get aired. I believe in his 5th or 6th fight he did get rocked. Although he still looks like he's settling into pro fighting even with a looooooooooooooooong highly decorated amateur record, he seems a tiny bit stiff but regardless i still think he's beast. he reminds me of sugar ray leonard with his speed, power and relentless punch output especially to to hit the openings and continue to pour on the combos. cant wait for this kid to fight for his first world title.
