    Thought I'd share this for anyone who hasnt seen it

    I've been using it for a few weeks and its honestly the best routine I've ever used

    How it works :

    Week 1

    6 pull-ups
    rest
    5 pull-ups
    rest
    5 pull-ups
    rest
    4 pull-ups
    rest
    3 pull-ups rest

    and so on...

    I like to rest a minute and a half between but everyones different i guess!

    Do it 6 days a week, take one day off

      Damn, week 38 - 31, 18, 17, 16, 16. That's a good pull up work out. You do them dead hang? they're a lot easier if you swing

        dead hang all the way!!

        I think its made for the army entry test or something

        20 pull-ups with perfect form, if you use any swing they dont count it as a pull up

          does it matter what kind of pullup ur doing?

          chin ups? overhand pull ups?, shoulder wide pull ups?

            well, i guess you can apply it to anything you want really

            I do shoulder width pull ups, mainly because before I started using the program I could hardly do 10 in one go!

              try doing some with additional weights, its no joke.

                I find that doing pull ups makes my left elbow really hurt when i throw a jab, but if I only do chin ups it doesnt happen.
