If you are training at the gym, don't! People are now much more sensitive to the spread for germs and bacteria.

If you're doing some stuff at home, go light I guess, but I personally just rest up if I ever was sick.

I've always heard of sweating out colds by working out.

Right now I'm taking a Bio class in Wellness & Nutrition and I asked my teacher about this. She said you CAN'T sweat out colds and that you shouldn't work out when you have a cold actually.

That's what she said, she kinda seems like a wack job though so I dunno lol.

I don't think you can sweat out a cold. But aren't we talking about fighting? Not sparring or training, but fighting? If you feel just that you have something you can bring to the table, go conquer!

Working out while your body is sick is very unhealthy.

Your body cant focus on the virus because it also has to repair the muscle, wear and tear on your body from training.

If you rest and take it easy, eat and drink correctly its the most efficient way to get
            rid of a cold.

Athletes are more prone to virus and colds, because their body is consistantly being broken down and weakened, which makes the body more vulnerable for germs.
