Ok well since a few people in various threads like to criticize videos and talk **** like they know what theyre talking about, but wont put up their own video, this thread is for the people who will put up videos, and dont mind getting critiqued. I myself will have one up later, but just for everyone else, feel free to post and comment on ****, whether it be fight videos, sparring, training, bags, ect. Just put it up!

Anyhow, do you have it on fast forward cause your movement looks very odd. Couldnt really tell cause it was only 17 seconds and only threw a few punches. Any other videos you got?Comment

Ha I cant tell much from the mitts video the sound was like off from the picture, but not a bad sparring video, and from 4 years ago I can only imagine youve gotten better. You have good foot work it seems like and your punches were lookin snappy to me, sometimes form was a little off, but like I said that was 4 years ago, and im sure youve improved alot! its cause of the old ****ty webcam i used to have LOL
back then i was at like 120 i was real skinny did wtf i wanted eat whateva etc. lol
i been in and out of boxing (i get bored of it), last august(09) i got back at it since i used to work and couldnt do jack ****(was out since dec 07)
i dunno man... 4 some reason i get f0ckin get bored of it i wanna tell my dad about how i feel about it but i cant lol...

That sucks bro, but to be honest man do what makes you happy, your dad will understand, but i just think you should keep doing it man cuz you may get bored of it but you dont want to quit and restart again and think about what couldve been if you wouldve just kept training...
