Ok so today I was feeling pretty crappy all day, weak and slow etc because I have a tournament coming up that I need to lsoe weight for so I've been dieting and doing a tonne of running. I remembered this thread and so just before I left for the gym I took ate a big scoop of honey.
I felt great and was able to push myself hard through the workout. I was expecting to be dragging myself around the gym and was planning on making it a real short night, but I had all my strength and my coach was loving me tonight.
