    I remember trying to make 106 last year, I was eating a tiny ass bowl of porridge for breakfast, then a small salad for lunch, then a small bowl of cereal before training, and no dinner. As well as not much water. I was weak as hell and didn't make it lol. Fortunately I know more now, and won't make that mistake again.
    I'm coming down from around 160 to fight at 152. Hard to tell how much I've lost per week because I've really increased my water intake from before. But I woke up today at like 155.5 and I've got just under three weeks to go.

    I need to lose maybe two more pounds of actual body weight and then the I'll just eat a bit lighter and stop drinking water the night before to lose the last two pounds before I weigh in.
