what can i do safely to do this

That's like 3-4lbs right?
you'll lose that easily if you have nothing but a low fat milkshake for dinner the night before/ no dinner.
alternatively put the sweats on and skip/run/pads/heavybag/shadows
it should be eeeeeeeeasy
