    Any one know any good diets or tips that will help me lose this weight and stay strong?

    eat 1600 calories a day, 40% from carbs, 30% from protein, 30% from fat. Spend at least an hour and a half in the gym, 1/2 hour of that on the treadmill or stair climber or eliptical, just keeping your heart rate up. Keep the reps in the 15-25 range and the sets in 3's.

    This should knock off a lazy 4-6 lbs in a pinch, and the last day, dont drink water, put on a sweater and sweats, and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes, no food either. Get a good sweat going before the weigh in. Hell, that alone could knock off the 10 lbs for you, but only going for about 5 lbs is much better for keeping strength. After weigh in, drink pedialyte (yes the childrens drink, its great because of the nutrient goodness!) and rehydrate and refill your stomach slowly.

    Bing **** boom, 10 lbs less in two weeks.

      Don't Starve yourself.
      Just don't have too much high fat food and try not to train too much.

        Get hold of the book called "Slim for Life" by Jason Vale. Or another book called "7 Pounds in 7 Days" by the same author. It helps you lose weight without sacrificing energy so that you can keep training through the weight loss period. You could even fight whilst on this diet without any problems.
