Found someone selling these Reyes Training Gloves for $60. Yes AMAZING deal. Has anyone used them though? And are they worth it?...as far as quality? Durability? Comfort?

Cleto gloves are normally punchers gloves or better for competition, as they aren't known for comfort/protection. Not too sure about durability but i'm sure such a high end glove isn't going to be cheaply made.

However, if someone is selling cleto training gloves for 60 bucks, as long as they are in good condition and don't stink. Buy them.

if you use them for sparring make sure you have headgear on. I've seen alot of cuts come from them

He means your sparring partner. Reyes glvoes are firm 'punches gloves'. If you have any issues with injuring your hands I wouldn't use them for hard heavy bag work either.

But they are a very high quality glove that should last a while...asuming you'd be buying them new or almost new and someone isn't just selling an old worn out pair.

            How many ounces are they?

Ok so they should still have plenty of life left in them so don't worry about that.

You don't want to be using 12oz Reyes for sparring...or any 12oz gloves for that matter.

They should be good for bag and pad work as long as you don't have any issues with injuring your hands. Seems like a good deal.

they arent the punchers gloves everybody is telling you. they have foam just like other training gloves, now the fight gloves are a different story. 12oz any glove is no good for sparring unless you are paulie malignaggi. I had a pair of 16s and used them for over a year for sparring bag/mitt work, and they only wore from the thumbs beacuse of a nose rubbing habbit i used to have but they lasted well over their expected life.
overall a great glove and for 60 bux i would get them for my gym work minus sparring.
