hahahah. As silly as it is, i do see some use for it.
In an elderly aerobics class. It's all about variety and having fun. I mean, anything to get those old bones moving, why not?
Other than a variety-just-for-fun for people who shouldn't be doing really hard impact drills, it's pointless to the point of ridicule.Comment
