    how to improve timing?

    Hey all,
I come to you guys seeking advice on improving timing,
pretty much I find that getting the timing down when i spar so i can let my hands go is one of my biggest weaknesses

could anybody offer any timing/reaction drills I could do so I could improve my offense?

    Thank you in advance !

double end bag is good and when you hit the heavy bag visualize a man in front of you and place your punches. ultimatley you need to believe in your punches, dont throw it like your not sure if you miss, you miss so what it happens then compose youself and get back to boxing.

more sparring, sometimes when you get less afraid of being hit you get less gunshy
