Well when i cut i do a couple of things. I exercise regularly but i usually have slumps in my nutrition(from the south, love my fried foods). But when i get back into the rhythm of getting back in shape this is what I do...it may not work for you because we may have different body types but w/e here we go:

      Keep Up Fluids
Stay hydrated with water. Also i recommend also drinking a few cups of green tea a day. Green tea is known to raise the metabolism which will help you in your weight loss.

      Count Your Calories
If your not sure of how many calories you need there are plenty of calorie calculators on the net that will estimate how many...or you could go by the standard 2000 calorie diet. Simply eat less than required and lose weight.

      Make sure you get protein
First of all if you begin cutting calories witout protein you WILL lose fat but you WILL also lose a good bit of muscle...no point in losing that fat unless you got something under it. Make sure they are lean proteins....Hamburgers dont count

      Exercise
The most obvious of course but really cant stress this enough...i find it funny people believe these miracle diets with no exercise will work. Also if you weightlift make sure you keep hitting it hard in the gym. Weightlifting burns a ton of calories. That coupled with running and you will be thin in no time

Also on top of this you have to eat good foods. No more sodas, light beer, etc.

Gotta cut out sugars and all that candy.

      I also take:

      GNC Fish Oil(omega 3 supplement)
      Multi-Vitamins
Green Tea supplement(for when i run out of green tea)

Same boat bro, not even getting into it that hard, keeping a good mix of different exercises. Eating healthier, which is in my view essential. I have already lost 10 pounds in a little over 2 weeks.

I have even fallen off a bit compared to when I started. Monday I am starting a calisthenics routine which should keep me pretty on track. I'm not trying to burn myself out early, ya know? I was pretty out of shape. I already feel better and see results.

Just keep at it if you are serious. Even, if you aren't then find at least a few exercises that you enjoy and eat right.

            Juice Bar dude,

My buddy is opening up a shop in NYC so I decided to start getting into juicing, and you wouldn't believe how good you feel and how much less you eat.

Get the greenest drink they have, it should be dark green if it's not watered down, and chug it. ANything with lots of ginger is real good for you too.

It won't taste good but it will fill you up once you get use to it, and it will clean your body right out. I honestly believe all fighters should be juicing at least once a day, its the best way by far to get your nutrients and vitamins and it all goes directly to your blood stream.

                  eat right
and watch the weight go down
if it aint going down lower your calorie intake and all shall be fine
