    Heading Back To The Gym

Took about a 5 month rest from boxing but I'm heading back to the gym. I did have a question about mouth pieces though. On my left side my teeth are a bit crowded. My lateral incisor is a bit crooked and my canine tooth i guess pops out a little. I don't know what kind of mouthpiece to get. Any of the single mouthpieces I try don't have a wide enough shape for my teeth to fit and for it to actually stay on my teeth. This sucks. Haha.

Any suggestions?........other than invisalign or braces

Hmm it looks fairly simple and a fast turnaround time. Do you have experience with these mouthguards?

Custom molded mouthguards offer the best protection for your teeth and that company is highly reccomended by people in boxing and mma.
