    running, long runs for stamina on somewhat hard pace, and shorter harder runs for explosiveness. running is the BEST, that's first priority for any boxer.

      Hindu squats.

      And sparring for as long as possible without taking a break.

        running and swimming

          Hard sparring, running (both long runs, sprints etc), hard rounds on the pads and bag

            Rope skipping, working the heavy bag, sparring.

            Running isn't that important. Personally i prefer skipping rope because for your foot work, coordination and all that other stuff. Running doesn't really help you at all.
