    Yes 400 metre reps are great too. 800 metre reps are just my preference because they fit with the boxer's 3 minute round nicely.
    Yeah 800 for seniors and 600 for juniors....But thats if they are already fit

    This guy seemed a bit unfit so I recommend starting off with 400's, 800's can be pretty brutal

      Best thing I ever got told about boxing is train hard, fight easy. If you train harder and smarter than everyone else, your fights will be that bit easier. Of course you will still get guys who are maniacs and will give you hard fights, but combine that with good technique and you will blow away the lesser fighters.

      And of course doing those sprints, you will tear apart the guys doing long slow running every morning and no sprints.
