based on your routine you look like a pRO ,, well im just an amateur here in phils Haha1 and i see pro boxers here train like crazy they go to gym twice a day !my advice for you is to spar many different boxers to improve your technique ..me i spar with pro boxers and its very easy now for me to fight an amateur,,actually i got 1 gold 1 bronze medal last feb 14 hehe (lost from a soutpaw),, im just now preparing for my pro tryout maybe 8 months later so i gotta work harder like you do.

break your PR or the time of your roadwork MWF every week to keep in progress ..minimizing the time for stamina ..and for TTH make it intense ,visit wwwrosstrainingcom there are lots of roadwork out there that kicks ass !for situps make it only a warmup about 200 becoz i think situps can make only few improvements on your abs .. do medicine ball exercises(brace your abs very tight while doing those warmups and exercises) ,pull ups(put more weights), dips (add weights),chin ups (add weights), russian twist

ok here's another tip from repetition 1 - to failure .. its like the last set was the same power and speed of the starting repetition .. do you get it ? becoz i cant explain it very clear im a filipino .. that's all ! good luck on those pivots and twists Boxing

Only you can decide if its to much. If you feel drained all the time then yes. If you are getting sick or injured easily then yes.

One thing I would cut down on is the long distance running. Long distance running can use up a lot of vitamins and resources the body needs with little benefit to boxers. Especially amatuer boxers who only go three rounds. It is much more productive to do sets of 3 high intensity 2 minute rounds, just like your match will be.

And i agree with right2thetemple. Rossboxing.com and rosstraining.com are two of the best training resources available to combat fighters. Check it out for sure.

mookiep its funny you said that about the dips... this week i gave up the weights and started doing pushup pull ups and dips basically all body weight exercises and i will tell ya **** weights lol all you need is body weight and different angles to use it.

you're not over training. Just do it and see how you feel. You have 2 rest days that you need to take advantage of. For a routine like this diet plays a major role. Be sure you are drinking enough water a day. And one of the most overlooked factors is sleep. You need to be getting good amounts of sleep, not 6 or 7 hours.

All in all see how you feel. It all depends on your body.

it depends if your body can take it. for me its like a pro training already. so im pretty much agree with I3C727 has said. see how you feel and adjust your routine if you feel needed.
