Then I do my MA training to round out the day.

This is the truth but it's just not convenient, and it's usually expensive. I go to a dojo and don't go to a regular gym. Everything else is outside at the house.

I'm not sure if I do those pushups or not, gotta google the name. I like the pushups where you tap your toes. I'm doing 15-20 of them per set.

I've recently been messing with the rings. Not very good yet but it's a great way to get those shoulders besides all the different hanstand exercises.
      Barmasters are based in Harlem.

The Superman wheel pushups are where you have a little wheel and turn yourself into a wheel barrow. It's a bit like a regular superman pushup except you roll yourself back and forward on the wheel. It really hits the lower back. The closest thing to it without a wheel is a beer bottle walk. For this you need two identical beer bottles which you grasp by the neck, one in each hand. Keeping your feet planted on a line, you walk your hands out as far as you can... THEN you release the furthest out bottle, and without touching the floor your grasp the remaining bottle with both hands and jerk your way back. It makes a great game with your training partner!

Try doing dips on your gymnastic rings. Holy **** they are so much harder due to the need for core stabilisation. Doing these my regular parallel dips (not on the rings) jumped for 20-30 after a couple of weeks!

i think barmasters and bartendas are the same thing. here are the bartendas, they also have developed their own martial art called constellation I believe. The first video is where I want to be...the next is about where I'm at (although I'm not all ripped up like dude, but I can do that pullup routine, I do probably a little tougher of a routine than that)

i definitely do dips on there. i'm at about 8-10, i can knock out 20-25 parallel bar dips no problem. We'll see after I do the ring dips for awhile

how did you know I have empty beer bottles laying around?
