    getting a 6 pack

Im only young but ive been involved in boxing training for about 2 years.

I want to get my stomach sorted. I aint fat, but when i sit down there are "fat rolls". i kinda got a 4ish pack when standing up but the LOWER PART ist improving at all.

What can I do to finally get rid of my body fat. I really dislike the lower fat area, sit ups n crunches do not work it

    help out please

btw, i know people are gonna say diet but what should i eat.. please include

    thanks alot, much appreciated

tbh you really need lower then 8% BF for a "six pack". Diet is the main thing just lower your calorie intake for everyday. you can do situps with weights or the medicine ball which build core power and stuff like the plank and the star are always good...
also do HIIT cardio training it burns fat really well if you dont no what it is just google it,
    Hope i Helped!

      Watch what you're eating.

Just adjust your diet to where you are eating slightly under your daily mantience calorie needs. If you go too far under you will start to burn too much muscle, if you are over you will not lose weight at all.

If you want a 6 pack you need to keep a semi-strict diet of sorts.

to work the lower abs you need more than just situps... like leg raises, "six inches" and whatnot...

but to reveal them you will need to diet well

            hope this helps

also do your V sit ups and alot of cardio...as long as you do alot of cardio you don't need to lower your calorie intake...calories give you energy...just burn it all out...
