losing half a kilo in a week

    1 pound should be easy to lose, just don't have breakfast the day of the weigh in, and make sure you have a crap in the morning and you should be fine.

      1 lb...lol

      Got through your week fairly normally, maybe eating a little less than usual, then the night before the weigh in skip dinner or have a light dinner (salad maybe) and don't eat before you weigh in. Too easy.

        I have to lose 4lbs by 7am Tuesday morning weigh-in, and this dude is worried about how to lose 1lb in a week? Wow.

          basacily 0.5kg is nothing, if u wanna lose quite alot of weight tho to make sure then, cut your calories and workout more

            Yeah lol, wish last year I had a lb to lose in week.

            I was walking around at like 116, like training hard, eating a damn near perfect diet and doing a ton of running, and needed to fit in to 110. So I was eating small portions of salad all day and doing heaps of roadwork, day before all I ate was like a cereal bar and coffee. It's cause I am a light sweater I couldn't just take it all off before the weigh in.

              Not being a big sweater has to suck. I went to the gym today for 1 hour and sweated off 4 pounds. I sweat like a 500lb fat dude doing cardio with Bruce Lee.

                no way could I do 4lbs in an hour.

                I went for a run once for an hour, wrapped in plastic bags and heavy clothing, and lost 2lbs...

                  hahaha a pound??! unless you are an excessive eater and cant keep ur hands off the sweets it should be easy to lose that in a day without even tryin to hard.

                    Another dude was losing weight too and he didn't lose anything. I felt bad for him. Just the way of the body.

                      dont make judgements on things u have no idea on

                      1lb might sound silly n minor but trust me dont go ahead of ur selves
