Dude he said he can't join a gym because he's too busy, why tell him to go join a gym?

Anyway you could check out some of the videos on youtube maybe. Like those Title Boxing videos with Jeff Fenech. But be careful when it comes to technique because you can pick up some bad habits if you don't have a coach to correct you at home and it's gonna be tough to unlearn some of that stuff.

Get the basic stuff down first, then you can start doing some light sparring. Oh and don't use your sparring gloves on the heavy bag. The padding is pretty soft and if you use them on the heavy bag it will get stiff and you can't use them for sparring anymore because you'd mess your opponent up. Plus there's not a lot of protection for your wrists and knuckles because of the soft padding.

14 oz gloves at your weight that's perfectly fine. 16 might be a little too heavy. Start out with 14's and once you feel comfortable with them you can upgrade to 16s at some point.
