    gum shield?

my trainer suggested that I invest in a gum shield to train with, even though I'm not sparring yet, he said its worth wearing while doing the circuits, bag work and everything else just to get used to the feeling

Any advice on one?! Even if its just a cheap-ish one to start off

    Cheers!

I don't recommend getting a mouthguard for less than 10 bucks. Get a shock doctor for around 20 bucks and you'll be fine.
