Is this regime okay? I'm 5 foot 9, 129lbs, BF is 11.9% and BMI is 19.0. I'm a 13 year old beginning boxer. I have heavy bag, speed ball, medicine ball, rope and gloves/handwraps etc. All the basic equipment. Is a double end bag worth getting? Only £20 up Argos, but would you have to use any drills into the round? As I keep my bags outside on a bracket. And I can't drill through slabs! I am going to go up my local boxing gym which is open on Tuesday and Friday. I believe they only do running, bags, sparring and bodyweight exercises. So I want to do extra training.
