Any one know any simple strength excises for legs?

    If you mean without weights I recommend the following.

    Jump squats (preferrably with some sort of weight on your shoulders like a backpack, sandbag or dufflebag.

    Jump lunges (jump high and switch legs). Looks kinda goofy, but good chit.

    One legged squats

    Hindu squats (already mentioned), very hard.

    Sprints, but not just straight- do a box or whatever, just make sure there's cutting.

    Sit on your heels, then bounce, sets of at least 50.
