    Its pretty cold outside and snow can pile up especially in Colorado

    my mom wont take me to the gym today because she cant drive in snow

    and i cant run outside without slipping on ice what do i do

    Burpees. Lots and lots of burpees.

    Go for the number of rounds you would do for a fight + 1. So if you fight 3x2 minute rounds, do 4x2 minute rounds of burpees.

    It's really hard and you'll probably have to build up to it, but you get the cardio, and it works your muscles too, espeically if you do it with a good squat, jump and a pushup.

      burpees, squats, shadowboxing, pushups, jumping jacks, ******* off, tube8.com if that's the case, and some other **** that you could look up on your own. try bodybuilding.com for a list of exercises with pics so that you know what to do.

        and those will help me train when it is too cold for me to get a ride to the gym

                20 starjumps
                10 pushups
                10 situps
                10 dips
                10 knee jumps
                10 burpees

                go through for 4x2 min rounds

                  Burpees with a kettle ball is wat i do. Invest in a kettle weight set if not just one of the weight you desire and in some foam gym matting. I got a set of 8 huge tiles to go on my hardwood floor that cost almost $19 at a local walmart
