    hey whats up guys.

yesterday i saw i am legend on tv. its a great film. what fascinnated me was the body of will smith.

i want also have such a body. i train a lot. i box 3 times a week and i go running one time in a week. my question is now. what should i do to get such a body. i think i have to define my muscles with doing more reps on the exercises in a fitness gym. am i right? i drink also 2-3 liters a day. i am happy about every answer.

      easy,

just get yourself a personal trainer and your own nutritionist LOL

seriously though sounds to me like you are training hard, i would recommend running more then once a week though and really really pushing yourself

When will smith was preparing for Ali he did this
they trained six hours a day
        6am road work
        boxing 11:30 to 12
        studing fights 3pm
        strength training 5pm

will went from 189 pounds to 222
his bench press at the start of the training was 175lbs at the end it was 365lbs
this is from the specal features of the film Ali

Clean up your diet, lay down a good muscle base using resistance exercises and compound movements with weights, then cut with swimming, training, HIIT etc to get rid of your body fat.

          That's putting it simply, though.

Working out will do a lot for you.

But Diet is key. Especially if you want more definition and want to be "ripped", you got to stick with a strong diet.
