        here you go

        Warm up: full body stretching

        Shadowboxing: 6 x 3 minute rounds (30 second break after each round)

        Heavy bag: 6 x 3 minute rounds, working on combinations
        (30 second drilling the heavy bag after each round, 30 second break only)

        Floor-to-ceiling bag: 3 x 3 minute rounds (30 second break after each round)

        Jumping rope: 20 minutes

        Floor exercises:

        sit-ups
        medicine ball exercises
        stretching

        To finish: hot tub, rub-down/massage and shower
