Forearm muscle has alot to do with punching power. The size of it really doesn't matter.

Bruce Lee had squirrel sized arms but he packed the punch of a heavyweight.

Power comes from the back. You have a broad back... You have awesome power. All the kayo artists in boxing, what do they all have in common? Crazy strong back muscles.

Yeah, broad back long arms+ height generally helps you get leverage onto the long straight shots....check Tommy Hearns

You can't actually see their back muscles, but you can see they are broad around the back, and combined with their height and reach they had great long punches with power.

Yes, forearms do play apart in punching power and bruce lee spent alot of time training his forearms for power punching... he mentions this in "art of expressing the human body".
However you should be aware, that in wing chun kung fu (the kung fu that probably had the most influence on bruce lee) contains punches (and a fighting style for that matter) that are completely different to western boxing.
