  • Why is it nobody knows Rocky Marciano's Training Routine?

    Nobody seems to know his routine. Or if they do, I can't find anything about it.


    I found one on google that said he ran a million miles a day pretty much. That was it

    Marciano changed his training daily
    for 3 years he ran 6-7 miles a day (every day)
    10-12 miles when he had a fight scheduled
    12-15 in the final few weeks
    to lose weight he would chew his steak and spit it out (just swallow the juice)
    he hit a 300 pound heavy bag and a speed bag
    Charlie Goldman (his trainer) invented punch pads to help rockys accuracy
    He would often run with heavy rocks in his hands
    He had a ball on string above his bed to help his co ordernation
    he did sprints up steep hills
    and loads of calisthenics.

      that's almost inhuman

        wow. thats amazing! i heard he did 4 or 5 mile walks also on top of running
