yea thats what i was thinking. 30 - 45 mins a day and i feel really gassed.
Short bursts are more effective, take less time, and are harder.
Try mixing it up, 4x2 min intense rounds, with some bursts of non stop punching for 10 seconds, bursts of short, fast uppercuts, moving around jabbing, throwing hard combinations, standing in front of the bag ****ing away, mix it up with all those things and do 4 to 6 2 minute rounds, you will feel wrecked.
