I boxed back when I was in 7th grade, but stopped for a while. Now i'm in 11th grade and I have taken up boxing and wrestling simultaneously, but now everytime I train i get horrible cramps in my legs and lower back sometimes. Pls offer some advice

Drink a lot of water (more than 4 liters a day). Eat around 4 bananas a day. Might also be due to a salt imbalance in your body, in which case a salt tablet might also help.
Stretch a lot, and warm up properly. If you are someone that is just genetically prone to cramps (like I am), there is only so much you can do that can prolong the amount of time before you get the cramp (but there isn't much you can do to completely prevent them).
