Working on the heavybag in the cold

I've been staying at a relative's with a 150lb title heavybag in the garage but haven't been on it for a few weeks cause of the cold ass weather...what kind of gear would you recommend wearing without making me feel awkward exercising in too much bulk? thanks for any advice...

just wear a god damn hoodie and sweat pants

wear two or three shirts under the hoodie

gear? bring a can of woop ass with you to the garage thats the only gear i can reccommend for you

haha yeah you should be fine in track pants and a sweatshirt/hoody. I wear that in a warm gym all the time and don't feel it's too much bulk.

If it is too bulky, Under Armour type stuff is good. Get the kind from walmart though, same stuff just alot cheaper.

I train in sweat pants with gym short underneath and a hoodie. I usually end up wearing just the shorts by the end of training because I get too hot.
