    yeah thats true i was looking at in my experience rather then where the ts was at in weight.

        from personal experience, the best way to hone your skills is to fight, and watch your fights or spar and whatch um... as for weight if you can make the lightest weight do it... however if you have to lose more then 12-15 pounds to get to the weight everytime, dont do it thats not healthy
