naturally i am 120 pounds and i want to move up to the 125 class. i don't want to lose too much of my speed though. right now I am eating 5 small meals a day w/ one protein shake included because I know i burn alot boxing. and I am working out at 24 Fitness. No heavy weights, mostly just push up, dips, pull ups and a bunch of other stuff. I do high intensity training along with tabata protocol (20 seconds intense, 10 second rest, repeat).
