  • Training Schedule.

    Need your oppinions only.
I've written up a training schedule for myself...
However i cant decide if it would be too much to do sprints, interval training and weights on the same day and then have a active rest day following this - this may sound like a simple question with a simple answer.
But if i didnt do it this way, i would have to do sprints and interval training one say a monday, and then do weight training on the tuesday - this would give me no rest days.
And would provide a constant anaerobic set up which would eventually give cumalative fatigue or injury.
But the same may be the outcome of doing it all on one day?

Anyone who has a shred of knowledge on this subject provide your oppinion.
No muppets who dont know what they are talking about please.

Active rest day would be that walk or bike ride so long as its low intensity which i'm sure it is by you saying relaxed.

personally i wouldnt reccomend all 3 then an active rest day then doing it again. if i were in your position id try and do 2 exercises 3 times a week tuesday, wed, thurs any 2 or maybe keep one activity the same like do sprints all 3 days and mix up the interval and the weights if you want to work sprints more or do intervals all 3 days if you want to work them more ect. take a break friday do all 3 saturday active rest sunday and break monday, do it all over again.

then as you feel more comfortable you can either keep the routine the same and work on doing it more days or you can keep the days the same and work on upping the routine.
