Wax in and wax out heard of it?....

Of course it's good for cardio.coordination etc.

Why do you say is it good for sparring?.

Sparring is good for boxing when you want to get ready for a fight.

          Is sparring your ultimate goal?.

after sparring and shadowboxing its the most important part of training.

              rhytm, coordination, footspeed, cardio etc..

if you dont see a diffrence eighter your working the wrong way, not working hard enough, or havent worked long enough.

It's also just a good full body warm up which is why it's usually done at the beginning of a workout. Same thing for a cool down at the end.
