i dont train hard anymore, since i have a lot of work to do. however i still want to eat healthy. what would you guys recommend me getting at the market?

chicken, tuna, I drink skim milk, lots of green vegies for me, also i snack on almonds "better then m&m's"lol. Did i mention chicken and tuna lol.

my problem is i work nights so it's hard to have a set eating schedule and sometimes that vending machine has some good **** in there lol. But i keep going to the gym 5 times a week. Just sucks cause i never have a set eating schedule with nights f'n weird. Also wish they didn't invent vending machines. lol
