Aright so i just bought some and have a couple questions.. 1 do u fill the whole tube up for a serving or to the little circle thar goes around the whole thing where the handle is(cant tell if its just the desogn or marker for serving size) and 2 any reviews from fellow boxers who use or used it?

What you need to do is shove a spoonful up your ass for faster effects!

Not really what you need to do is fill it to the little circle, have a cold glass of milk ready mixed with some fruit and maybe 5 grams of creatine. Drink the milk fast and then put the whey protein in your ass.
