Im having this problem too, roads are basically pure ice at the moment, probably should get yourself to a (normal) gym and get on the treadmills

Try and get to an indoor soccer field or indoor basketball court, do short sprints in there.

I do it on a treadmill. Treadmill can't go fast enough for a true sprint but if you crank the incline up too you can get a great workout. 20 seconds on, 10 off. Run 400m, rest 1 minute etc.

See if there is any indoor tracks or soccer fields near where you live. A couple people from my gym go to an indoor track that is in the next city over but I don't want to pay for that **** when I have a treadmill that's good enough in my basement.

cant really do HIIT on a treadmill. if you have a high ceiling in any part of your house or apartment or whatever, and some clear space, jump rope, if thats a possibility.

Very good idea Joachim. I myself do this due to my high ceilings.

I live in las vegas so no snow, and its never freezing cold, it gets to like 115 degrees in the summer though lol! so I run in the morning in the summer, and do boxing at night

i like to find a tall building with a long stairway, and sprint up a few times. it gets very cold with a lot of snow where i live, so training indoors or on a machine is the only way this time of year
