Hello everyone. I'm 20 years old and an active amateur figther from Denmark. We box 3 times a week at the gym, plus we do some road work once or twice a week. I'm having a hard time getting in great condition (cardio). I'm a lightheavyweight, and I'm very muscular which I'm not used to being from my younger years as a boxer (was an average guy at the time). My height is 185cm and I whey around 79kg. My issue is, I usually get sick flue or getting a cold, which really destroys my condition before fights.. How can it be and how would you prevent it??? I'm having another fight tonight, and I've just been down all Christmas..
