  • My Workout Journal Starting 12-28-09

Ok, I haven't even put on gloves in about a couple of months, and haven't trained for fights since June of this year. Im planning on fighting again hopefully pretty soon and I'm gonna make this thread to update what Im doing day-to-day (not that you guys care, its mostly for myself) and hopefully be able to see alot of progress when I'm done. If anyone has any training ideas or help for me post it in.

But, Im going to start next monday, probably wont do anything new years day though. Hopefully I can keep this up, usually I give up on these type of things quick.

Got to the gym skipped rope for 4 rounds as a warm up, then ran like 3 miles, im really out of shape at the end of the running i was basically spent.

After the running I did 8 rounds on the heavy bag which seemed surprisingly easy and felt like i havent stopped training at all. But after the bag i was shot back to earth when i was working with one of the trainers on the mitts, iam so much slower and mess up a bunch of times.

Then after that I did a chest weight training circuit.

3 miles lets say at 10 mph thats 18 mins 4 rounds of jump rope thats 12 mins so we are at 30 mins + 8 rounds on the heavy bag so 54 mins from just that.

then theres working on the mits with a trainer and the weight training circut.

oh yeah theres also any break time you might have taken unless you just went non stop the entire time.
