Hey guys, i had injured my right wrist at the beginning of the summer so i didn't train much for the whole summer, when i started training again i injured my left shoulder. Anyway i started training gain a few weeks ago, i'm doing pretty good now but i my problem is that i can't really hit the bag when i'm at home, i have a 300 pounds heavybag that i bought about 2-3 years ago, everything was fine until i injured myself.
I can hit the bag at home but after a while my wrist starts hurting again, it's not really the fact that the bag is heavy, it's more that it's hard as rock. At the gym i can hit the wrecking ball bag just fine without any pain.(it's 280 pounds)
So i started looking at water heavybags, problem is that i never tried one and i don't know which brand to buy. First of all, are these things solid? I dont want it to open up and find myself with 150 pounds of water all over my basement floor.
Basically it's either this bag:
http://store.titleboxing.com/title-l...heavy-bag.html
Or this one:
http://www.everlast.com/prodinfo.asp?number=EVWB
I'm leaning towards the title one because they have a model that is 180 pounds when filled up, the everlast one says it can contain up to 80 pounds of water but, how much does it weight unfilled?
Any help would be appreciated.
