  • New years "Get in shape" Contest???

Who thinks we should start a fresh "Get in shape" contest for the victims of festive glutony and alcohol abuse?? I cant wait to get "properly" training again but I've got far too many wicked nights out planned (friends comin home from uni, free and easy christmas birds to pull e.t.c.) to train effectively and it's sweet havin a rest so I'm waiting til Jan 1st. Anyone else in the same boat? Or are yaz all gonna be goin for a 45 mile jog followed by 3.5 hrs sparring and 17000 ab reps on christmas day??

Merry Christmas ya ****** animals.......and a Happy New Year!
I hope Santa's good to you all!

Do a half hour everyday high intensity conditioning and you'll be ok .Probably don't even need that then go out and have a party.Check rosstraining sample workouts out , Plenty of options
