I would recommend practicing throwing punches correctly. You aren't going to throw like that in a fight.

I mean do what you want. I'm not hating, I'm just suggesting. Everyone has their own way of doing things.

I try to picture myself fighting when I'm shadow boxing. People who post their shadowboxing videos on here just seem like they're trying way to hard to be fast. Just relax and throw correctly.
