When was the last time you worked out before then?. When you hit the gym do a split Front, back and lower body. try not to do them together or else you will get sore.(acid on your muscles.)
Do your workout in moderation is the best advise I can tell you.

Well, this is my first post. So, Hi guys. And the pain won't be in a "separate" muscle from your bicep. There are 3 pieces to your biceps. The Long Head, the Short Head, and the Pronator Teres. If it doesnt feel like the bulk of your biceps its probably the Pronator Teres, as it runs from your Long, and Short head's down into your forearm, which allows your forearm(Ulna and Radius bones) to rotate. Judging by your pain, I'm guessing you haven't curled in a while, and were probably rotating the dumbbell, if thats what you used. Anyways, your tricep is on the back of your arm btw, and if you haven't already guessed is made up of three heads.(hence, bi and tricep.) Just thought I would share my knowledge. Byebye!

give it 3 or 4 more days, that has happened to me several times, i can't strengthen my arms and to try to, gives me incredible pain, but it goes away, this happens because you had not worked out as hard as you did this time, or simply because you hadn't. worked out in a long time. just keep it up and never stop working out(rest at least one day a week), also work different parts of your body in different days, just like Geze said.

why the **** did you make a ****ing thread about this woman
years and years ago when i first touched a weight my legs were sore from squats, and thats common ****in sense cuz everybody else with me was the same.
if you just started lifting and your little arm hurts, then maybe you should eat more and drink more water and sleep more instead of training your finger strength
