Just a short vid of me shadowboxing, I haven't trained in a few weeks (summer in australia, off season) but just thought I'd put this up seeing as my friend just told me how to get **** on youtube lol

Where are your training videos then?

This kid is posting a video, and hasn't talked **** once. Yet someone replies saying the same thing you said, and you get defensive claiming to knock both them out during sparing. To funny.

Sparring is for critiquing and practicing, not trying to hurt someone.

Nah Im just messing with them although I'm 5'11 and 140 pounds i'm faster then the one with the video.I weight more then both those people and i'm probably bigger.I probably will upload some sparring videos I don't train in a boxing gym though.
