Getting cut like that mainly just means low body fat levels. You dont need a vegan diet for that and in fact most cut boxers eat meat. Sure you can do it as a vegan but most are not gonna have a personal nutritionist so you will proably end up sick and protein depleted. Actually in general I dont like vegans, I wanna knock them out. F**kn hippies. Give this dude an exception tho.

Good idea to eat protein bars/shakes for preotein intake in his case. IMO I believe this vegan diet helps him lose fat and get "cut" and make weight easier is due to the high fiber diet. I mean the way I see it eating fruits and vegetables all day would make you go to the bathroom like crazy due to the high fiber intake it must cleanse his system thoroughly. You've got to find a method to up the protein intake so I'm sure he stocks to protein bars/shakes and or soy products. Well his diet makes sense to me.
