Thanks in advance for any help provided:
I'm 5;7 and weigh 66,5kg aka 146.6lbs
I'm in the gym 3x per week where the training is good and hard
I run between 2 - 4 hrs fat burning road work per week
and a typical days eating would be:
cereal for breakfast and a banana mid morning
a cup of soup and apple for lunch
fruit or a piece of toast mid afternoon
If I'm training I train on a empty stomach and have some cereal or sardines on a piece of toast for supper. If I have a night off I'll have some pasta or chicken and veg.
My point is that despite all this work and dieting I cannot get down to 64 to allow me to compete with guys my size. I end up fighting guys of a similiar weight but they seem to be bigger and stronger. This is really frustrating as I enjoy boxing but always seem to be fighting an uphill struggle against guys bigger or stronger at my weight. Am I not meant to box or do I have heavy bones or something?
