Thanks in advance for any help provided:

    I'm 5;7 and weigh 66,5kg aka 146.6lbs

I'm in the gym 3x per week where the training is good and hard
I run between 2 - 4 hrs fat burning road work per week
and a typical days eating would be:

cereal for breakfast and a banana mid morning

a cup of soup and apple for lunch

fruit or a piece of toast mid afternoon

If I'm training I train on a empty stomach and have some cereal or sardines on a piece of toast for supper. If I have a night off I'll have some pasta or chicken and veg.

My point is that despite all this work and dieting I cannot get down to 64 to allow me to compete with guys my size. I end up fighting guys of a similiar weight but they seem to be bigger and stronger. This is really frustrating as I enjoy boxing but always seem to be fighting an uphill struggle against guys bigger or stronger at my weight. Am I not meant to box or do I have heavy bones or something?

training on an empty stomach dosnt help much id fill up my stomach and work on running faster or longer though 2-4 hours is pretty good. are you over weight at 66.5? like high body fat or are you allready skinny? if your allready skinny its going to be hard to lose it quickly though sticking with that routine should get you there shortly.

trying eating like 500-750 extra calories once a week to trick your body into burning more calories regularly as well. drink as much water as you possible can, all pisses after your first piss of the day should be almost clear and have almost no smell if your drinking enough water.

      Thanks for the reply man,
I don't run that fast as usually running to and from work with a rucksack but will try some interval work. I'm pretty skinny at 66.5kg but will have to get a body fat measurement to find out my %. Those body fat scales have a large margin of error. Skin callipers are more accurate. My fluid levels are good - rarely have yellow piss.

Will try the calorie trick and let you know how I get on, I think my appetite increases too with the winter and cold weather at the mo

maybe it is the sardines, try changing your routine around, try to fiddle with a couple of things and maybe you will see the results you are aspiring for,do you eat the sardines out of the can,i do and i dip a couple of of pieces of bread[white]in the oil,
