Like for example, I go to Taco Bell and I tell the cashier I want a nacho cheese chalupa and a soft taco. Instead they give me a baja chalupa, a soft taco, and nacho chips and dip. So I told them to give me the nacho chalupa and give me some of my money back since I didn't order the nacho chips. But they leave me stuck with the nacho chips. So when all said and done, I get the chalupa, the taco, and the nacho chips. I don't believe in wasting food if I can avoid it, but it does suck when people use you as a garbage disoposal when you are trying to cut back. Obviously Taco Bell isn't the healthiest place in the world to eat, but I think I have the right idea that no matter how healthy the food you eat, you can still gain weight if you eat too much of it.

Does anybody end up eating more at a restaurant when they give you the wrong thing?

I challenge you to eat enough lettuce to consume as many calories you did with that taco bell meal. There's no such thing as eating healthy and gaining weight unless you're doing it on purpose. Body Builders would be one example.

The point of my thread is that you sometimes get stuck with food you didn't order because they try to be generous because of messing up your order. And it's calories you don't need.

lol at taco bell giving u more food for free...
i always thought it was more about the amount of food u eat at one time, instead of what your eating. basically, u can eat almost anything as long as your workin out and not piggin out.
